Blain Younis, professional boxing coach at M27 Boxing and Fitness

Coach 01

Blain Younis

Professional Boxing Coach

M27 Boxing & Fitness will be running under the watchful eye of Professional Boxing Coach Blain Younis 🥊

After starting boxing age 11, Blain had around 50 bouts in total, representing club and country along the way, before having a short lived professional career that was cut short due to injury 🤕

Fast forward 15 years and Blain is now a coach with a wealth of experience, having worked with everybody from total beginners, right up to world champions (and everything in between) and is well known around Manchester for his work alongside boxing legend, Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton 🤩

Blain will be overseeing the class timetable and the daily running of the gym, whilst also teaching a number of our classes himself, and with a keen eye for detail, will be looking to make sure the members of M27 get the best experience possible 🥊

Eduardo Gomes

Strength and Conditioning Coach

With a Bachelors Degree (BSc) in Sports & Exercise Science, and a Masters Degree (MSc) in Strength & Conditioning, you can be sure that you are in good hands with M27 coach Eduardo 💪🏼

Playing amateur football over 18 years ago in Portugal is what led Eduardo to realise his love for sport and how the body works, and so he set out on his educational journey to learn as much as he could about the human body, and how we can get it performing to the best of our abilities 🧬

Eduardo is passionate about helping people build confidence through fitness and prides himself on being friendly and approachable, taking the time to truly understand his clients wants and needs 📝

With qualifications in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Exercise Referral, alongside his Personal Training Certs and Degrees, Eduardo believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to fitness, and his mission is to create personalised training plans specifically to you, no matter what your starting point is, helping you build confidence, improve performance, and achieve results that last 🎯

Jack Rawlins

Boxing Coach and Personal Trainer

Jack started boxing at 14 years of age having around 20 bouts under the tutelage of well known amateur boxing club Macclesfield ABC, so training has been a massive part of his life from an early age 🥊

Having worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for around 10 years now, Jack has worked with people from all walks of life. From helping people that just need to build confidence in the gym, to helping people get fitter, stronger, and lose weight, keeping things simple and focused on what works for each person 💪🏼

With his boxing background, pad work is where Jack specialises and this is the style of training he enjoys most, making his sessions challenging but also highly enjoyable, and catered to everybody from total beginners to people with previous boxing experience 🥊

Alongside his training experience, Jack has spent the last few years gaining a Bachelors Degree (BSc) in Sport & Exercise Nutrition 🎓 helping him support his clients with not just training, but their diet aswell 🍏

Jacks aim is to help people feel better whilst getting fitter and stronger, and most importantly… enjoying the process 👌🏼

Jordanna, yoga teacher at M27 Boxing and Fitness

Jordanna

Yoga Teacher

Jordanna is a yoga teacher that specialises in strength, mobility, and recovery ☯️

Her classes focus on these qualities and support everything from the boxing training we do here at M27, right down to just your general everyday movement 🧘🏻

Whether you’re looking to loosen up, build strength, or take time to reset, all sessions are designed to be practical, accessible, and effective for everyone 🔄

Jordanna creates a relaxed and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome, from total beginners to the more experienced gym goers

Her aim is to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave each class feeling better than when you walked in ✨
