M27 Boxing & Fitness Centre isn't your average gym. We're a dedicated boxing and fitness facility based in Agecroft Enterprise Park, built for people who demand more from their training. Whether you're throwing your first jab or sharpening fight-ready skills, this is where you belong.

Our space is purpose-built for boxing — heavy bags, a competition ring, and a strength floor designed to complement your training. Every session is coached, every detail is intentional.

Every class at M27 Boxing is rooted in real boxing. No gimmicks, no dance-fitness-with-gloves. Our coaches teach proper technique from day one, and every session is designed to challenge you - wherever you are in your journey.

Beginners Boxing

Group class

This class is perfect for complete beginners and first timers here at M27, focusing on the boxing basics that will help you get the most out of our other boxing classes. You will learn your stance, guard, movement, and basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hooks). You will then get chance to practice these and put them into combinations using a variety of boxing training methods such as bag work, pad work, and shadow boxing, learning the fundamentals of boxing in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

BOX

Group class

BOX is a structured partner based class designed to develop boxing technique whilst improving your overall fitness. Pair up and get stuck into some pad work combinations whilst using a variety of bodyweight exercises to make this a full body workout. It's a fun, dynamic way to improve your boxing skills, build fitness, and stay motivated. This is the perfect class to bring a friend along and train together.

Fighting Fit

Get Fighting Fit... Without Getting Hit !!! This is a high energy boxing class designed to push your fitness to the next level. Combining bag work, pad work, and conditioning exercises such as air bikes, rowers, and ski ergs, this class delivers a full body session that builds strength, stamina, and confidence. Catered to all fitness levels, this is boxing inspired training that gets results.

Ladies Boxing

Group class

A female only boxing class at M27 Boxing and Fitness. This class is designed to help you build confidence and improve your boxing technique, using bag work and pad work in a supportive environment where you can develop your skills under expert guidance, whilst improving your fitness in the process. No experience is necessary as this class is catered for all levels. So if you're a total beginner wanting to get fit whilst learning to box, or you have previous experience and just want to come and "unleash that fighter within"... we've got you covered.

Strength & Conditioning

Group class

A dynamic strength & conditioning class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or already a seasoned pro, this class will have you covered. Each session is a full body workout using a mixture of weights, cardio machines, and bodyweight exercises to put you through your paces. All workouts are fully scalable, so beginners can take their time and build confidence, whilst the more experienced gym goers can be pushed to their limits.

Yoga

Group class

Improve your strength, flexibility, and focus here at M27 with our Yoga class. This class blends controlled movement with mindful breathing techniques to help you gain mobility, reduce stress, and enhance recovery. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and could be the perfect addition to your training routine.
