This class is perfect for complete beginners and first timers here at M27, focusing on the boxing basics that will help you get the most out of our other boxing classes. You will learn your stance, guard, movement, and basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hooks). You will then get chance to practice these and put them into combinations using a variety of boxing training methods such as bag work, pad work, and shadow boxing, learning the fundamentals of boxing in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
